Our Environmentally Friendly Eco-Policy:

At Clientel Systems we have always strived to reduce our "carbon footprint" - the amount of materials and energy used in the day to day running of our offices. We have recently pledged our commitment to "Design Can Change" (DCC) in order to further promote the commitment made by designers all over the world towards more environmentally friendly solutions. We have implemented a "Paper Free Office" by issuing all our client's invoices via email either as Word documents or PDF's since our inception (1998) to save on the amount of paper and printer ink used - this practice has only recently become common practice in much larger UK based Companies. We offer a great range of recycled printing products including recycled stationery and leaflets for eco-friendly clients too.

We have set all our Workstation Power Options to the very lowest power consumption settings possible within Windows - we currently run 8+ pc's / mac's - you can imagine what a difference the power savings make! We encourage our designers to switch off all lights when not in operation and also ensure that everything in the office gets switched off at the end of the working day, including monitors, speakers and printers.

We do not send any designers out on the road during the day whenever this can be avoided, all communications between clients and designers are carried out by phone or email - this is the way our company was designed to operate, creating minimal overheads (savings passed on to clients, of course!) and minimal impact on the environment!
